New AIB Certified Bread Specialist Program Drives Baker Success

This month, AIB International unveiled a new Certified Bread Specialist - Industrial program to help bakers accelerate their career. Through this new program, bakers will be able to build new tiers of education.

AIB formed this program to meet the growing demand for skilled bakers in industrial environments. Two of the foundation courses are delivered on the LearningLab@AIB platform. The online courses gives bakers interactive lessons, full narration and animation to aid in the understanding and retention of the content. Once the foundation courses are completed the instructor-led seminars are available at the student's own pace and can fit into any work schedule with minimal disruption.
